Levante Coach Juan Ramón López Muñiz has expressed his satisfaction over the performances of Ghanaian striker Emmanuel Boateng so far this season.

The 21-year-old joined the newly-promoted La Liga outfit in the summer on a four-year-deal after fine form in the Portuguese topflight.

Boateng is very much an instrumental player in Levante’s quest for survival although he has yet to find consistent scoring form, his Coach believes he has adapted fairly well.

"He is a player who comes from another league, another country and another culture and has cost.

He is adapting. It is illogical to think that the kid who is only 21 years becomes an instant hit. He has been growing gradually and will We have to value it in the end, what happens to the coaches in that the time is tight, I have managed to have a performance, that is good, we have to see how to solve it while I got the maximum.

I have the satisfaction that Doukouré, Lukic and Boateng have all adapted, they all have minutes and they perform. "
