Comedian and actor Lil Win says no amount of money can influence him to campaign for any political party.

The Kumasi based comedian whose funny phrase ‘I can’t think far, I can’t think madness’ has  become a household one believes  endorsing any political party will divisiveness among his fans.“I don’t want to become an enemy to any NDC, NPP, CPP or PPP member just because I came out publicly to endorse a particular political party. I want to be neutral so that Ghanaians can enjoy my movies” he told Showbiz in an interview on Tuesday.

According to Lil Win, he does not have a problem with his other colleague celebrities who have come out to throw their weight behind the various political parties and their flagbearers but for him, supporting a political party will mean dividing his fans which he has no desire to do so.

Asked if he is only saying this because no political party approached him during this election year, he said he would have been on the campaign trail of a political party if he had shown interest.

“I am sure some presidential candidates would have offered me huge sums of money I had expressed interest in campaigning for any of them.

“I am not greedy but content with what I have that is why I will not allow any political leader to lure me to campaign for him” he said.

The Azonto Ghost star however revealed that he has  a surprise package for all the presidential candidates today, Thursday, December 1.

“I will reveal the surprise on Thursday. I want to preach peace and let Ghanaians know that I support whoever is chosen to lead the country come Wednesday, December 7” he said.

Explaining how he has been able to stay on top of his game since he first hit the limelight, Lil Win who is known for movies such as Born Again, Nipa Nua Ni Nipa, Lil Win Assembly Man, Big Boy Wizzy among others said he thinks his humility is what has brought him this far.

“I respect everyone. I always give my all in the movies that I feature in and I guess that is what has kept me there” he added.
