Campaign manager of the New Patriotic Party Peter Mac Manu has challenged National Democratic Congress to concede defeat to Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Adfdo.

Addressing the media, the campaign manager of the main opposition party has claimed that 80% of results collated from polling stations across the country suggests that the NPP is clearly ahead of the NDC and that there is no way the ruling party can catch up.

According to him, the NPP has collated 4.6 million votes so far while the NDC has managed 3.694 million votes.

He claimed that the NPP is clearly ahead and is going straight for the kill.

"I am asking President Mahama to concede defeat" he emphasised.
