Ghanaian youngster Mathew Anim Cudjoe has expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Scottish club Dundee United following his departure.

The winger officially parted ways with Scottish side Dundee United following the expiration of his contract.

He took to his X (Twitter) handle to express his appreciation to the club.

"Dear Dundee United Family, I want to express my deepest gratitude and heartfelt thanks to everyone associated with this incredible club. Thank you for the opportunity to don the Dundee United jersey and represent such a prestigious institution. (1/1) @dundeeunitedfc.......

Despite helping the team secure promotion to the Scottish Premier League, Cudjoe  opted to explore new opportunities rather than renewing his contract with the club.

Cudjoe, 20, spent two-and-a-half years at Dundee United, where his speed and skill significantly contributed to the team's successes.

The club had extended a contract offer reflecting their financial and footballing vision for the young player, but Cudjoe decided to move on.
