Former management member of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Alhaji Ali Maradona has insisted that Maxwell Konadu will not be successful under Dr. Kyei's administration.

Max Konadu signed a two-year contract with the Porcupine Warriors as new head coach.

Ali Maradona believes there is a big crack in the Kumasi Asante Kotoko management as Konadu will not get it easy like he had it under Dr. K.K Sarpong.

"Maxwell Konadu can not have it easy and smooth as he did enjoy under Dr. K K Sarpong last tenure"There is a problem in Kotoko management as we speak, which I think it has to change else he will not succeed"

Ali Maradona is convinced Tottenham boss, Jose Mourihno with all his success in club football will not succeed under the current Kotoko management.

"Even if we bring Jose Mourinho to this club Kotoko he will not succeed, because there is a problem within the structures and Management, And that has been the bone of coaches exiting", he said.

"Asante Kotoko have to sit down and figure out where the problem is, whether it's the fault coming from technical side, Management or Chairman of the club himself [Dr. Kwame Kyei].
