Medeama SC head coach Nebojsa Kapor has expressed deep disappointment following his side's 1-0 loss to Dreams FC over the weekend, but remains confident the team will recover and come back stronger.

The Mauves and Yellows suffered their second consecutive defeat of the season, with Joseph Esso's 72nd-minute penalty proving the difference in a closely contested match.

Despite a balanced performance from both teams, Medeama could not find a breakthrough.

Kapor admitted his side was not at their best and expressed dissatisfaction with their overall energy and performance.

"We are very disappointed. We are sorry because we couldn’t find our energy. We didn’t portray our performance, and that makes me very unhappy.

We will find a way to come back stronger," he said after the match.

The Bosnian coach emphasized the importance of analyzing their mistakes and improving for future games.

"After defeat, emotions are too high, so we need to calm down and evaluate what went wrong," Kapor explained.

"We will identify our problems and work to improve. Today we didn’t find our energy, and that didn’t help us."

Medeama SC will look to bounce back in their next fixture when they host league leaders Bibiani Goldstars.
