As part of his efforts to improve ICT education in the New Juaben South Constituency, Member of Parliament (MP) for the area, Hon. Michael Okyere Baafi, has donated some desktop computers to the Riis Presbyterian Model Basic School in Koforidua.

The donation was made to stock the school's ICT lab to enhance teaching and learning in information technology.

The MP made the presentation when he joined the management of the school, teachers and students to commission a refurbished ICT Lab for the school.

Presenting the items to the school, he said, "I have a vision of improving the teaching and learning of Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) in the various schools in his constituency".

According to him, he has made it a priority to help equip schools in the constituency with computer laboratories and computers to achieve this dream.

He added that "I'm determined to do more to improve education in the New Juaben South Constituency".

The Headmistress of the school, Madam Deborah Afumwaa Nyarko who received the desktop computers expressed gratitude to Michael Okyere Baafi for his kind gesture.
