Ghana has recorded 34 new cases of Mpox, pushing the total number of confirmed cases to 79, according to health authorities.
According to the Ghana Health Service (GHS), four patients are currently hospitalised and under strict observation.
In response to the increasing , the GHS have intensified contact tracing efforts in a bid to curb the spread of the disease.
Despite public concern over the rising numbers, health officials assure the public that the situation is under control and are urging citizens to practice preventative measures such as good hygiene and avoiding contact with symptomatic individuals especially those with unexplained rashes.
