Nigerian Music star Mr. Eazi has announced a new foundation set up to provide financial assistance for rising artists in Africa.

The foundation which is dubbed the 'Eazi Sound Foundation' is set to launch on the 1st of August.

According to the 'Leg Over' hitmaker, the foundation has set aside $100,000 for African emerging artists who are registered to voters in their respective countries.

The move is to get young, creative people to have an opinion on electoral systems and policies in Africa .

Announcing the news, Mr. Eazi took to his social media page and wrote;

Eazi Sound Foundation launches 1st August & we have set aside $100,000 for African Emerging artists! No 1 criteria is you must be registered to vote in your country.
