Veteran Hiplife singer, Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah better known as Mzbel has said she's putting her music career on hold until Former President Mahama is re elected.

The '16 years' hitmaker stated that she will not release any music until Former president Mahama returns to power.

Mzbel who has not been active with her music for sometime added in that she’s currently focused on being a mother and setting up a TV production studio.

‘At the moment I’m trying to be a mother and concentrate on my new studio, I have a studio, a production studio so this year no music’ she said

The 39-year-old singer who openly declared her support for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) during the 2016 elections, earlier lashed out to the media for claiming she had being betrayed by the party.

She stated that she has not lost anything from supporting her own party and added that whatever she is going through is only deliberate sabotage which she cares less about.

She posted on Instagram: “Another twisted headline! I didn’t lose s*** for supporting my own political party. I didn’t lose sh*t for supporting my own political party!!! I was born NDC and will remain NDC till I die! Everything I’m going through right now is a deliberate sabotage but I don’t give a 4k.”
