The managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, has described as ‘useless’ the current ruckus ongoing in the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).

There is uproar in the NDC over what led to the party’s defeat in the 2016 elections. The controversies started in the grassroots where members of the party were blaming national, regional and district party executives for squandering money meant for campaigning. This has escalated to a different level where some kingpins are blaming former President John Dramani Mahama for the party’s defeat.

Speaking to these issues during a panel discussion on Peace FM’s morning show ‘Kokrokoo’, Kwesi Pratt Jnr says the earlier the NDC stop ‘this childish’ behavior, the better it will be for them.

“They (NDC) are on a rough road and if they don’t take care it will turn to a different thing. It’s a useless exercise which has no relevance to the country’s problem. They should find out why they lost and work towards solving it…they should work on why people should vote for them again and not this…. With what they are doing what message will they come back with?”
