The governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) will today (Monday, December 5) hold a mammoth rally at the Accra Sports Stadium to crown its campaign activities ahead of the December 7 general elections.

The event is expected to draw thousands of party members and sympathizers across the country and it’s intended to galvanize the support base of the country with barely 48 hours to the cruicial polls.

President Mahama, according to his campaign team will address the crowd and convince the electorate on why he should be re-elected for a second term of office.

Meanwhile, the NDC is expected to address a press conference at their party’s headquarters in the Greater Accra region before the mammoth rally.

The largest opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) held its final rally on Sunday, December 4 at the Trade Fair Centre which recorded a massive crowd attendance.
