The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has announced some 36 constituencies it claims to have won in Monday's elections, urging it supporters to remain resolute in protecting the ballot at the various collation centres.
At a press conference it organised in the early hours of Tuesday (at 12:40am,) November 8, 2020, the Director of Elections of the NDC, Mr Elvis Afriyie Ankrah gave a list of seat that has flipped to the NDC.
The seats are those the New Patriotic Party (NPP) won in the 2016 elections, "and we've gotten it back," Mr Afriyie Ankrah said.
He named those constituencies as Krowor, Ledzokuku, La Dadekotopon, Tema East, Adenta, Madina, Ablekuma Central, Okaikoi North.
So far no constituency results has been certified and declared by the EC.
