The NPP Parliamentary candidate for Tano North in the Ahafo Region, Dr. Gideon Boako, has confidently declared that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has no chance of winning the Tano North parliamentary seat in the upcoming 2024 elections.
This, he claimed, is because the party lacks appeal in the constituency.
Speaking during a health walk from Yamfo to Tanoso, Dr. Boako reiterated that the NDC has never won the Tano North seat and will not do so “till thy kingdom come.”
He attributed the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) dominance in the area to the long-standing contributions of its Members of Parliament, who have significantly improved the lives of constituents since 1996.
Dr. Boako, confident of securing a landslide victory on December 7, dismissed any potential strategies from the NDC, emphasizing that they have no chance of winning the seat.
He urged his supporters to remain focused and assured them that his victory is inevitable.
Meanwhile, the NPP Ahafo Regional Secretary, Nana Antwi Eric, encouraged party members to intensify their campaign efforts despite Dr. Boako’s strong position.
He reassured the constituency that if the NPP succeeds in breaking the 8, Dr. Boako would be rewarded with a ministerial position under a potential Dr. Bawumia administration, further boosting development in Tano North and the Ahafo Region.
