NDK marked September to November as Customer Appreciation Months to celebrate its customers as part of its 25th Anniversary activities.

The Management team also attended to customers at the front desk during the period. This helped them to get feedback directly from customers. Both old and new customers were also given the opportunity to participate in a lucky dip to win exciting prizes.
They served visibly stunned potential clients that entered the premises with complimentary coffee and biscuits to welcome them.
Madam Ayisa also conducted lucky dips for the customers who walked away with exciting souvenirs.

According to Madam Ayisa, the period was used to show gratitude to customers and reinforce the company’s drive to meet and exceed the expectations of customers.
She said, our main focus is to delight the customers and give them what they want. Customers services means by the time you walk into our office there is someone on the shop floor to take care of all your needs.
