The new producer price for cocoa in Ghana for the remainder of the 2025/26 season will take effect on Friday, February 13, 2026, following an upward adjustment to GH¢41,392.00 per tonne.

According to a statement released to the Ghana News Agency, the revised price will apply to all cocoa purchases across the country for the rest of the 2025/26 crop year.

Under the updated pricing structure, cocoa producers will receive GH¢1,241.76 per 30-kilogram load of Grade I and II beans, sold naked ex-scale at all buying centres.

The statement further indicated that the approved price per 64-kilogram bag (gross) has been set at GH¢2,587.00, meaning a tonne of cocoa, equivalent to 16 bags, will now earn a total payment of GH¢41,392.00.
