Its an all boys contest in the finals of the National Science and Maths Quiz 2019 (NSMQ) as five time champions Presbyterian Boys school (PRESEC) ,defending champions St Peters Boys school and one time winner St Augustine's college slug it off in the finals.
All three schools will fancy their chances of lifting the ultimate after navigating past sticky opponents in the semi finals.
PRESEC book their place in the finals after outclassing two time champions Opoku Ware School and Adisadel College in a loop sided contest on Monday.
Owass came last with a paltry 31 points with nearest challengers to Presec, Adisadel picking up 34 points 14 points less than the winners.
The blues have endured a 10 year barren run spell last winning the prestigious competition in 2009.
While St Peters had to overcome the challenge of Wesley Girls Senior High and the spirited Tepa Senior High School in the semi finals.
Persco won the contest with 48 points with Tepa coming second on 28 pointss while Wesley Girls come last wuth 26 points.
St Augustine's College among the three finalist picked the most points 53 in the semi finals by over coming Keta SHS and Ghana Secondary Technical School.
The finals comes off on Friday 11th July at the National Theatre
