OFFICIAL: Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah names starting XI to face Guinea-Bissau

Head Coach of the Black Stars, Kwesi Appiah has named his starting line up for today’s decisive Group F encounter against Guinea-Bissau.

Kwabena Owusu has been handed a start after his impress cameo against Cameroon on Saturday. The Leganes forward takes the place of Kwadwo Asamoah who is on the bench.

Samuel Owusu has been given the nod to replace the crocked Christian Atsu who is set for a spell on sidelines.

KRC Genk ace Joseph Aidoo will mark his Africa Cup of Nations debut in defense alongside John Boye in the absence of suspended Kasim Nuhu and injured Jonathan Mensah.

The four-time winners will need to beat the Wild Dogs to progress to the last 16 of the competition. kick off is at 4pm.
