Ghana international Samuel Sarfo has officially signed with Saudi Arabian club Al Khaleej FC ahead of the new season.

The former Liberty Professionals captain joins the club on a free transfer after the expiration of his contract with Irani side Saipa FC.

Sarfo joined Saipa FC in Iran in the 2017/18 season after winning the WAFU Cup of Nations with Ghana.

Al Khaleej FC is a second-tier side that will be aiming to gain promotion to the Saudi top-flight next season.

The 28-year-old featured 31 times for Saipa FC in the Iranian championship last season.
