Ghanaian forward Patrick Twumasi has officially signed with Israeli club Beitar Jerusalem after successfully passing his medical tests.

Accompanied by his wife and five children, Twumasi was presented with the number 27 jersey, the number he specifically requested.

Twumasi is set to begin training with his new team tomorrow as they prepare for their final training session before the Toto Cup this weekend.

The club will assess his performance during training to decide whether he will be included in the squad for upcoming fixtures.

The 30-year-old forward arrives in good form, having recently competed with Cypriot club Paphos FC in the UEFA Europa League qualifications.

His previous experience includes stints with Maccabi Netanya, where he scored 16 goals in 48 appearances, as well as Deportivo Alaves in Spain, Hannover 96 in Germany, Astana FC, Spartaks Jurmala, Amkar Perm, and Gaziantep FK.

Twumasi's extensive experience and current form make him a valuable addition to Beitar Jerusalem. Fans are eager to see how he will contribute to the team's success as he settles into his new role.

With the season approaching, all eyes will be on Twumasi to see if he can secure a spot in the squad and make an impact on the pitch.
