The Black Starlets conducted a recovery training session on Sunday morning at the Accra Sports Stadium following their defeat to Burkina Faso in the WAFU Zone B U17 Championship.

The session, which began at 07:00 GMT and lasted an hour, aimed to rejuvenate both the physical and mental well-being of the players.

All 20 squad members participated in the session, which was led by First Deputy Coach Nana Agyeman, with support from Second Deputy Jacob Nettey and Goalkeepers Coach Kevin Agyeman.

The training focused on various exercises designed to aid in the players' recovery.

Importantly, the session concluded without any injury concerns, ensuring that the team is in good health.

The Black Starlets will resume full-scale training on Monday at the Accra Sports Stadium as they finalize preparations for the 3rd place playoff against Nigeria on Tuesday.
