The Black Stars of Ghana on Saturday morning departed the Kotoka International Airport en-route South Africa where they will face the Bafana Bafana in the second game of the Qatar 2022 World Cup qualifiers.

Ghana defeated a lively Ethiopian side by a fortuitous Mubarak Wakaso goal from long range while group opponents South Africa drew with Zimbabwe in Harare in the other group game.

Ghana will play against familiar foes the Bafana Bafana of South Africa on Monday 6th September,2021 in Johannesburg.

In South Africa, Ghana will be without six key players due to COVID-19 restrictions with the likes of  Jordan Ayew, Daniel Amartey, Jeffrey Schlupp, Andy Yiadom all missing out duw to UK government quarantine restrictions.
