This year's edition of the Ovation Red Carol in Lagos, saw a reconciliation between Magazine Publisher, Dele Momodu and Nigerian afrobeats star, Davido.

The two who finally ended their 2-year old beef at the 10th edition of the annual event reconciled and hugged it out.

Davido who wrapped up the night with an amazing performance apologized to the veteran media mogul over their beef that escalated in December 2015.

The incident occurred when Davido tried to take his daughter, Imade, out of the country away from her mother, Sophia Momodu who happened to be the cousin of Chief Dele Momodu but the veteran journalist prevented it which led to a nasty social media war.

Sharing photos from the night, Dele Momodu wrote, 'true reconciliation, great joy... God bless DAVIDO... God bless DR ADEDEJI ADELEKE for his uncommon maturity... God bless the MOMODU family for that simple heart... We are a family'.
