Former Accra Mayor, and Member of Parliament for Ablekuma South Constituency, Alfred Okoe Vanderpuije, has remarried seven years after he lost his wife.

At a solemn ceremony at Mamprobi in Accra today, Mr Vanderpuije engaged one Cynthia Amerley Ayiku.

The lost his late wife, Gifty Naa Adei Vanderpuije, at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in June, 2012.

They were married for thirty (30) years.
