Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak have officially unveiled new signing Bernard Arthur.

The 22 year old joined the Phobians on a ‘long-term contract’ after completing all the necessary processes on Monday.

Bernard recently played for Algerian side AS Ain M’lila for a short stint before returning to Ghana.

Arthur bagged 10 goals in 24 appearances for Liberty in the 2016/2017 Ghana Premier League.
