Players and members of the technical team of Medeama SC have undergone medical screening ahead of the the start of the 2020/2021 season.

The team is set to begin training after restrictions on football was lifted by the President some few weeks ago.

There has been no football in the country for about six months now since the 15th of March due to the coronavirus pandemic that led to the cancellation of the 2019/2020 league season.

Medeama have taken the novel decision to take their entire playing and technical team through medical screening to know they are all fit and well before they begin training.

Aside the medical screening there will also undertake coronavirus tests within the week before they can begin group training to prepare for the upcoming season.

The Ghana Premier League season will start in November as announced by the Ghana Football Association.
