Southampton defender Mohammed Salisu has gone back to his old club Africa Talent Academy where his football journey started to make a donation to them.

He made a donation of two sets of jerseys, football boots and goalkeeper's gloves to Nsawam based Africa Talent Academy.

Salisu was not the only one who made the donation as his former teammate at Real Valladolid junior side Isaac John Amoah also made a donation of 30 pairs of football boots.

The 22 year old Mohammed Salisu was spotted by the Africa Talent Academy when he was in his formative years honed and shaped his footballing skills before securing him a move to Spanish side Real Valladolid.

After breaking into the Real Valladolid side and spending one full season in charge he was sold to English side Southampton for 12 million euros.

The Ghanaian made 12 appearances in his debut season for Southampton after a slow and difficult start in England.
