The notion traditionally about footballers is that they are school drop outs but please don't be fooled as the trend has rapidly changed nowadays.

There are a lot of well educated people who are involved in sports or are sports men and women.

Many people have now proved that it is possible to combine books with boots especially for footballers and Lady Strikers trio of Jemima Dussey, Ruth Appiah and Abigail Sarkodie are disproving the age old narrative.

The three players have all graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from the University of Cape Coast.

Jemima Dussey is completed her senior high school education ast Jukwa Senior High  and furthered to the University of Cape Coast where she also combined playing with her books.
