Former Presidents J.J Rawlings and John Mahama have once again reconciled the differences between them as they met in Liberia.

The two were pictured sharing laughter and in deep conversations on Monday January 22, in Monrovia as they attended the historic inaugural ceremony of the President-elect of Liberia, George Oppong Weah.

The scene was in sharp contrast to what happened at the 25th anniversary celebrations of Ghana 4th Republic, where Mr Rawlings went haughty in a handshake with Mahama.

Their refusal to look at each other face at the Independent square received a public backlash.

The two former Ghanaian leaders have had a rough relationship since 2012 when Former President John Mahama took over the affairs of the country.

But Mr Mahama in a later interview said there was no bad blood between him and Mr Rawlings, under whose administration he served as Minister of Communications.

The erstwhile Mahama administration came under a barrage of criticism by Former President Rawlings who accused the administration of mismanaging the economy.

The inauguration of George Weah attracted top personalities from all walks of life across the world.

Among the top dignitaries from Ghana that graced the occasion are His Excellency, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Brother of former President Mahama, Ibrahim Mahama, Actors John Dumelo, Jackie Appiah, Fred Nuamah, Frank Artus among others.

Below are some pictures and video from the event.
