The Ghana Police Service says it is working swiftly to resolve technical problems affecting its 2025 e-recruitment platform after several applicants reported difficulties accessing their PINs, serial numbers, and one-time passwords.

In a public notice, the Service explained that its technical support team has logged all complaints received through official phone lines and email and is “working around the clock” to restore full system functionality.

Applicants facing delays are encouraged to remain patient as the issues are being resolved.

The Police Service further advised individuals encountering challenges to contact the technical team directly on 0299208928 or 0299208948 for prompt assistance.

The statement assured the public that the Service remains committed to a recruitment process that is transparent, efficient, and user-friendly for all applicants.
