A special dedication
It was a memorable first start for Zobahan for Nigerian forward Christian Osaguona. The 28-year-old had joined the Isfahan club just a fortnight ago so his 110th-minute winner against Kuwait SC, that took Zobahan into the 2019 AFC Champions League play-offs, was already an important milestone.
But for personal reasons it had a more profound meaning, coming on the day of his mother's birthday – many happy returns!
