Multiple award winning Ghanaian hiplife artiste, Sarkodie has urged fast rising Ghanaian highlife singer, Kuami Eugene to brace himself for more backlash.

This comes after Kuami Eugene in an interview indicated that he will never collaborate with the ‘One Corner‘ hitmaker because he produces noise as music.

Rumors were rife that the ‘Angela’ singer and the “One-Corner” hit-maker had agreed on a deal, but speaking in an interview, the VMGA highlife Artiste of The Year said he turned Patapaa down when he requested for a joint work.

“Patapaa said he needs me on a song, he’s calling me for a feature and said I no, because I’m not ready”.

Asked if Ghanaians would have to wait for a collaboration from them in the future, he answered: “People shouldn’t wait. It’s never going to happen, Patapaa’s kind of songs are not me, he makes too much noise”.

The statement which angered fans of Patapaa attracted a number of backlash on social media with many accusing Kuami Eugene of being arrogant.

In a twist of event, a popular blogger George Britton shared the original video of the purported insult by Kuami Eugene accusing bloggers of instigating the beef.

Reacting to the 'beef', Sarkodie who commented under the shared video advised Kuami Eugene to be ready for more of such cooked stories.
