According to the Russian Emergency Service's press service, ten people have been rescued from under the rubble, but the fate of dozens remains unknown.

A gas explosion in the Russian city of Magnitogorsk occurred in a 10-storey residential building, killing at least three people and injuring many more.
The deadly blast occurred at around 4:00 am local time (23:00 GMT), destroying 48 apartments — a whole section of the huge building.
