Also, when you get bored of eating the same thing every day, you will start despising it and risk anorexia. Following the ‘boring’ meal plan can help you lose weight in the quick run but is definitely not something you should be following in the long run.
One good way of following the diet is to go for something which is quite balanced and protein-rich, surpassing the need to look around for other food items. Adding something to the menu which is protein rich and fiber-rich can help you since the body takes longer to digest this and keeps you fuller for longer.
