The biggest change for Sara was to eat healthy and change her diet. During her university days, like many of us, Sara survived on junk food including pizza. Once she knew she had to lose weight, she looked for healthier options and snacked on protein bars and salads, staying off junk.
In a recent video which surfaced online, Sara Ali Khan was asked about her fitness secrets and what she likes to eat every day to stay healthy. Sara’s answer? It was chicken and eggs! Yes, Sara said that eating the same meal thrice a day was the only diet she was following. Reportedly, Hollywood star Victoria Beckham follows the same diet. Sara also said that she did not follow the Keto diet as it did not work for her.
