Ghana’s ‘Highest’ rapper, Sarkodie, has spoken about marriage for the first time after his wedding with his wife Tracy.

According to him, before their marriage, he has lived for over a decade with Tracy, and he was very comfortable with that.

Given this background, he is prepared to live with her till eternity, however, not everyone can do that.

Sarkodie added that unlike him, some people may not be comfortable in wanting to live with others together for many years, therefore, it is not a good thing to force people into marriage.

His comments come on the heels of many reports seemingly forcing Shatta Wale and Michy into marriage when they have said that they were not ready yet.

He reportedly said that “marriage is not for everyone and as such we shouldn’t pressure people into marriages.”

“I am very comfortable living with Tracy, we have been together for over a decade, but not everyone can do that. There are some people who simply will not be comfortable if asked to live with someone for a decade, we are different people. We do not need to pressure others into marriage,” Sarkodie stressed.

Sarkodie and Tracy got married on July 17, 2018 at a plush wedding ceremony in Accra.

Their wedding cake was topical for many days because it was uncommon.

They reportedly lived together for over thirteen years before their wedding.

Sakordie and Tracy have a daughter, Adayln Owusu Addo, affectionately called Titi.
