Ghana and APR FC midfielder Seidu Dauda Yussif has emerged as a key transfer target for Tanzanian Premier League giants Yanga SC as they prepare for the upcoming January 2025 transfer window.

According to Tanzanian media outlet Maverick Sports, Yanga SC is closely monitoring the 24-year-old, who currently plays for APR FC in Rwanda. Dauda's impressive performances have caught the attention of the Tanzanian club, with scouts particularly impressed by his displays in the CECAFA Kagame Cup and the 2024/25 CAF Champions League.

Dauda played a crucial role in helping APR reach the final of the CECAFA Kagame Cup, despite their defeat to Red Arrows.

His contributions continued to shine in the CAF Champions League, even as APR were eliminated by Egypt's Pyramids FC.

These standout performances have made Dauda a valuable target for Yanga SC as they look to bolster their squad in the new year.

APR FC signed Dauda from Ghanaian champions Samartex FC for a reported $100,000 in June 2024.

If Yanga SC is to secure his services, they may need to offer a significantly higher fee, potentially doubling or tripling the original transfer amount.

With the January window fast approaching, Yanga SC is eager to strengthen their midfield, and Dauda's abilities could provide an important addition to their lineup.
