SHOCKING VIDEO: Woman caught washing plates by the roadside with 'gutter' water

A woman was filmed by a  passerby washing plates with dirty water from a drainage.

The shocking video was taken by the occupants of a car who were amazed by what she was doing.

The footage was shared as a warning for people to mind where they eat outside.

The exact location where the act was taken is unclear.

This is a video of a lady washing plates by the roadside with "gutter water". Yes you heard right, gutter water!
If someone can wash plates with gutter water, then it is possible to do same with plastic bottles.
