The tension between two of the country's biggest Dancehall acts, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale, seem unending as Stonebwoy has called out Shatta Wale again.
In an interview on Joy Prime, Stonebwoy alleged that Shatta Wale stole his hit song, Gringo song from Dancehall legend, Vybz Kartel.
The “Hero” hitmaker also drew the attention of Ghanaians to recent accusation from an Ivorian artist that Shatta Wale stole “My Level” from him.
Stonebwoy ended up telling the host that he doesn’t steal songs as Shatta Wale does.
The winner of the 2018 AFRIMA Dancehall artiste of the year further reprimanded label mate for showing his buttocks during a performance on stage.
According to him, the act by his arch-rival is tarnishing the dancehall music genre that they do.
Shatta Wale during a performance at his ‘Reign Album Concert European Tour’ in Germany surprised many when he showed some flesh from his backside.
During his performance at that concert, he stopped for some few minutes when his hit song ‘Freedom’ was being played, dropped down his pants and showed off some part of his buttocks.
Reacting to the act, Stonebwoy said; “I don’t know what type of king that is…a king would rather set examples than to remove your dross…it’s disgusting come on man…it’s tarnishing our genre because you are part of it,” he said.
Stonebwoy added that “I never see Bob Marley take off his dress…, I never see Buju, I never see Capleton, I never see Vybz Kartel.”
“Protect the name, give it some sanity,”
