Ghana-born German Roberto Massimo has returned to fitness and is available for his side's game against Bochum after he was sidelined by an infection.

The youngster has recovered from a flu which sidelined him in his side's last Bundesliga game.

Head coach Pellegrino Matarazzo can call on Roberto Massimo again at the weekend . The 21-year-old has recovered from his flu and took part in team training at VfB Stuttgart again on Wednesday .

Massimo who can play anywhere in the right of midfield has been used sparingly as he has made 15 appearances out of 22 games all season.

He has scored two goals and provided an assist across all competitions.

The 21 year old was born in Ghana to a Liberian mother and an Italian father but was raised in Germany and plays for the German U-21 side.
