New Swansea boss Carlos Carvalhal is set to sign off a proposed deal for Barnsley right-back Andy Yiadom as he looks to strengthen his side in the January transfer window.
The Swans have agreed around £2million for the Ghana international (left) whose contract at Oakwell expires at the end of the season.
Long-term admirers Swansea are moving quickly to seal a deal to head off rival top-flight interest from West Brom, who have also been monitoring the situation of the defender.
Yiadom has been capped twice by Ghana.
