Ghanaian forward Terry Ablade is set for a new chapter in his career after Fulham FC confirmed his departure following the expiration of his contract at the end of June 2025.

The 23-year-old was among a list of players named in an official club statement released on Thursday.

Fulham noted that Ablade, along with notable names like Willian and Carlos Vinicius, will leave the club this summer as part of a squad reshuffle.

“The Club can confirm that Willian and Carlos Vinicius will depart Fulham upon the expiry of their respective contracts at the end of this month,” the statement read.

“Departing players: Carlos Vinicius, Willian, Terry Ablade, Luca Ashby-Hammond, Chris Donnell, Imani Lanquedoc, Connor McAvoy, Delano McCoy-Splatt, Callum McFarlane, Damon Park, Stefan Parkes, Luca Picotto, Oscar Varney.”

Ablade, who came through Fulham's academy, spent the 2024/25 season on loan at Scottish Championship side Partick Thistle, where he continued his development with regular game time.

Now a free agent, the versatile attacker will be looking to attract interest from clubs across Europe or back home as he seeks a fresh opportunity to reignite his career ahead of the 2025/26 season.

Ablade, who is also eligible to represent Ghana at the international level despite being born in Finland, is considered a promising talent with raw pace and strong work ethic.
