All The Things We Loved About Visiting Day Back In Boarding School
Visiting day was one of the most anticipated days back in boarding school.
Visiting day was the day that made all the schoolwork, bad food and wicked seniors somewhat bearable. It was like a festival of joy and happiness and most students looked forward to the day with eager anticipation. Here are some things we’re sure you loved about visiting days back in secondary school.
1. The food
Parents usually came with lots of home cooked food and it was a welcome respite from the watery beans and hard eba that students had to enjoy for months.

2. Extra provisions
Provisions never lasted until visiting day, because seniors would collect their tax and friends would beg for milk or cereal all the time, so the provisions that parents brought were usually one of the best parts of the day.

Visiting day was the only day that junior students could get away from wicked seniors. All the chores they made them do and the punishments for not doing those chores, so it was a welcome respite.

5. Getting to show off
Parents usually brought nice things for their kids, and most people liked to show off to their friends.
