The best way to go about it, you ask? No, it is not the "healthy juices" available in the market but something which you can make at home in 10 minutes. All it needs is some ginger, lemon and cinnamon!
According to nutritionist Anupama Menon, this wonder drink is a soothing and relaxing concoction which reduces the inflammation in the body and cuts down on the fat. It is also alkalizing in nature, which is again very good for the stomach and the heart. It helps eliminate weight inducing toxins and fatty acids from the system.

How to prepare the drink? Boil around 1 litre of water in a pan. Now, add some roughly cut slices of ginger to the boiling water and then add the cinnamon stick to it. Let the concoction simmer down for 15-20 mins. Turn the stove off. Once it cool downs considerably, add lemon or lime juice to it. Strain the drink and then keep sipping the mixture for instant relief.
