The Ghana Police Service, through its Special Support Unit, has arrested three individuals in connection with a spate of robberies in Afienya, Atadeka, Apollonia, and neighbouring communities in the Greater Accra Region.
The suspects, identified as Seth Noi Tetteh, also known as “Wonder,” Selasie Emmanuel, and Sulemana Osman, were apprehended on December 24 and December 26, 2025, following intelligence that led police to their involvement in multiple armed robberies. Seth Noi Tetteh was first taken into custody at the Atadeka Police Station over his alleged role in the incidents.
During interrogation, Tetteh reportedly confessed to participating in numerous robberies across Afienya, Atadeka, Apollonia, Spintex Road, Airport Residential Area, Community 18, Ashaiman, Mataheko, and Oyibi, and revealed that he had worked with accomplices. Acting on further information, police tracked down and arrested Selasie Emmanuel and Sulemana Osman at a hideout in Kasoa Ofankor on December 26.
A search of their residence led to the seizure of a pump-action gun, a BB cartridge, a Bruni pistol, and three rounds of ammunition, which are now being held as evidence to support ongoing investigations.
All three suspects remain in police custody, assisting with investigations, as authorities continue efforts to dismantle the robbery network and apprehend anyone else involved in the criminal activities.
