A youth group from the Tijaaniya Muslim sect, Bayedoeverything ,has donated items worth GHC4000 to the Mercy Islamic School in Accra.
The group extended its acts of philanthropy and social well-being to the orphanage as part of their activities to mark this year's Eid ul Fitr.

Items such groceries, toiletries clothes, beverages,kettle school bags, stationery and footwear were given to the over 500  students in the school at Japan Motors on Sunday.

The donation exercise took place  at the school's premises and was graced by Chief Awal Qadir English, a Muslim cleric and a patron for the group.

"The purpose of the exercise was as a result of a direct instruction given by Allah and His prophet and as well as emulating the teachings of Shaykh Ebrahim Niasse RTA," said the PRO, Abdil Ganiyu Umar Sufi, ,

"Shaykh Ebrahim Niasse had left a letter which stresses on the need to give attention and cater for orphans and needy in the vicinity."

It was the third year  since Bayedoeverything began with its religious responsibility  of reaching out to orphans in the country.

It was formed in 2016 and its basic aim is to educate people about the Tijaaniya path which is about forgiveness and to engage more in zikr, thus remembrance of Allah and sending salutations to the prophet SAW.
