President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has sent out strong message of hope to Ghanaians as the country joins the rest of the world to celebrate Easter.

President Akufo-Addo urged Ghanaians to be hopeful of the country’s future as it works to move the country from aid dependence.

He further advised that Ghanaians use the Easter celebration to renew and strengthen faith in God” saying “with God’s guidance we can strengthen our nation.”

In his Easter message to Ghanaians,he reiterated his government’s commitment to the rule of law.

He said: “we’re committed to rule of respect for human rights, adding “is the basis of the Christian faith, it reminds us of our responsibilities to God.
