Crystal Palace have confirmed the capture of Jordan Ayew from Swansea City on transfer deadline day.

The Ghanaian international swapped the Liberty Stadium for Selhurst Park on a season-long loan deal after successfully passing a medical earlier today.

The Eagles are understood to have the option of an outright purchase in January.

Ayew was the Swans' top scorer with 11 goals as they were relegated from the Premier League last season.
