Dreams FC returned to winning ways as they defeated Aduana Stars 3-1 on Monday in their match day 14 of the Ghana Premier League clash.

The home side began the game on a dominant note as they mounted pressure on Aduana Stars as they had a series of corner kicks.

Aduana Stars also had an opportunity in the 10th minute as Bright Adjei was set up by Prince Acquah but he spurned the chance.

The away side were forced into two substitutions which were injury enforced as Derrick Afeson replaced Alex Boakye whiles goalkeeper Joseph Addo was substituted for Richard Mantey through injury.

After two minutes to end the first half, the home side broke the deadlock as Agyenim Boateng headed home a cross from Mohammed Abubakar.

The second half started with Dreams FC on the front foot as Agyenim Boateng sent his shot inches wide off the goal post.

Dreams FC added the second goal in the 70th minute after Aguenim Boateng scored his second after heading home a cross from Maxwell Arthur.

Samuel Boakye added the third for the host in the 85th minute of the game, but on the stroke of full time Bright Adjei reduced the deficit to 3-1.
