Ghanaian midfielder Forson Amankwah drew the curtain on his exciting loan spell at Austrian lower tier side FC Liefering to a spectacular end as he scored in his final match.

The youngster gave his side a 1-1 draw in their match against champions FC Blau Weiss Linz on Sunday.

18 year old Amankwah on loan from sister club Red Bull Salzburg was introduced into the game in the second half from the bench as his side trailed from a first half penalty converted by Fabian Schubert in the 35th minute.

He made his entry in the 85th minute of the game as replacement for Malian national Daouda Guindo in the 58th minute.

The midfielder made his presence felt as he grabbed the equalizer for his side in the 81st minute.

Amankwah joined Liefering in February on loan and scored three goals in ten matches.

His performance may earn him a place in the Red Bull Salzburg first team next season.
