She also shared her tips on how to avoid cooking soggy rice.
Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Rice
- 1/2 Cup of Cooking Oil
- 1 Medium Red & Green Pepper
- 2 Medium Carrots
- 1/2 Medium Onion (chopped)
- 1 Clove of Garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 Tsp of Dried Thyme
- 1/2 Tsp of White Pepper
- 1 Tsp of Curry Powder
- 2 Cups of Coconut Milk
- 2 Tbsp of Coconut Powder
- 3 Stock Cubes
- A pinch of Salt
- A handful of Spring Onions (chopped)
